How it works
Tax and tip are each calculated as a percentage of the entered pre-tax bill. Both amounts are added to the bill to produce the grand total.
The grand total is divided equally by the number of people. Tip is based on the pre-tax bill in this formula, and the calculation does not handle unequal orders or separate payments.
